Serrano Ham Fermín is a very special product, of delicious taste and softly salty. It is considered one of the best in the world for its aroma and deep red flesh. Serrano Ham Fermín comes from the white pig, raised and fed on natural environment, which makes this product a delicacy on the palate.

This emblematic Serrano ham, made with the hind limbs of white pigs, raised in freedom in an extensive farming system and fed with grain fodders, has a deep flavor and firm texture. Hence, its position among the greatest delights in many homes.

Serrano Ham Fermín, in its process goes through four stages: salting, washing, settling and slow drying in natural cellars. The meat of the Serrano Ham Fermín has small white dots (tyrosine) interspersed between muscle fibers that form during the curing process of the piece and its shape, size and location varies.

The Serrano Ham Fermín is considered one of the finest products for its quality and unique taste. With uniform and homogeneous configuration and slightly fibrous texture, this ham has a delicate, slightly salty taste and a pleasant and characteristic smell.
